Who can use the services that this project offers?

The project is designed for wheelchair users who come to visit the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary. You can use our services after getting in touch with us through e-mail, phone or in person at the counter of the project in festival accreditation centre.

Are the tickets for movies in wheelchair accessible cinemas for free?

Yes, the tickets are free for the wheelchair user and one person as his or her accompaniment. You have to book the tickets either by phone or in person

How can I use the transport service in Karlovy Vary?

Our buses are at your disposal daily from 9 am to 1am. You have to order this service in advance, by phone or in person at the counter of project “No Barriers”. The transportation at night has to be booked until 10 pm.

Where do we find the counter of the project “No Barriers”?

The counter of “No Barriers” is situated in festival accreditation centre in hotel Thermal. At the counter will be during the whole day our assistants who will be happy to help you with any problem or question.

Are the cinemas accessible on a wheelchair?

Yes. Cinemas participating in our project are all wheelchair accessible. You can find the list of these cinemas in “Wheelchair accessible cinemas”
